We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here's exactly how refunds work for each edition of Welcome to the Bottom.
Physical Books (Hardcover)
Hardcover copies are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Refunds and returns for hardcover purchases are subject to Amazon's own return and refund policies. Please contact Amazon directly to start a return.
Digital PDF
Because the digital PDF is delivered immediately after purchase, all digital PDF sales are final. We're unable to issue refunds once the digital file has been delivered.
When We'll Help
If something went wrong on our end, we want to make it right. Contact us if you experience:
- Download problems
- A corrupted or incomplete file
- A duplicate purchase
- Any other technical issue with your digital download
